The tour starts at the desired time and place on board of a private car with driver and guide to go through Plaça Catalunya, the main square of the city, and the Passeig de Gràcia, a charming avenue that hosts the most exclusive shops in town and two of the most famous buildings of Antoni Gaudí: Casa Milà (La Pedrera) and Casa Batlló. The journey continues to see the most important architectonic works of this Catalan architect: the Parc Güell and La Sagrada Família church. The entry to these monuments is optional and the itinerary would vary depending on it. Either case, then comes a panoramic tour to sightsee the highlights of the city such as Plaça d’Espanya, one of the city’s biggest squares, Poble Espanyol, which is a full-scale recreation of an Iberian village, the Arenas Shopping Centre, which used to be a bullring, the mountain of Montjuïc which, besides enchanting gardens, hosts the sports facilities for 1992 Olympic Games and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya. The tour would continue through the Passeig de Colom, which is a wide avenue lined with palm trees connected to the port area. If the visit to the Parc Güell and the Sagrada Família church were not made, the tour would continue with a walk around the Gothic Quarter to see Plaça de Sant Jaume, Plaça Reial, the Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, Bisbe Street and other important passages full of stories that will be told by the private guide. The tour concludes at the desired place, four hours later, with the possibility to extend it for an additional cost.
