The visit starts at the Cake Factory of Belém. Pastéis de Belém (Belem’s cake) is one of the most famous delicacies of Portugal, also known as the Cream Cake. The tour continues to the Monastery of the Jerónimos, with Manueline style, a prodigious witness of the wealth of Portuguese discovery. Visit the Mound of Vasco de Gama and Luis de Camoes, the Tower of Belém and the Patrón of the discoveries. Crossing the bridge named 25 of April, you will visit the monument Christ the King. This Sanctuary is one of the symbols of Lisbon. The idea of its construction began in September 1934, after the Cardinal Patriarch of Lisbon visited the monument erected on top of Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro. After lunch (not included) we start the visit to the Castle of S. Jorge, considered the most emblematic monument of Lisbon. Trip to the viewpoints of Sta. Lucia, Nuestra Señora del Monte and Puertas del Sol. Discover Lisbon and its beautiful hills through the views provided by these viewpoints. Finally, visit the Parque Eduardo VII, the biggest park in central Lisbon. At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel.
